Another great weekend of spring and spring weather.

Had a quiet one friday night (was pretty tired from the week and rushing around doing building things). Got back here around 9 after pole practise (which was really fun by the way!!).

Then up early to sort out payment and stuff for builders, then cycling up to the Henieken for catching the lift to Antwerpen. With wynn and her colleague Daniela. Was really, really fun the trip - bought some super nice shoes and a really nice shirt that seemed to have been reduced from over 100 euros to 29. I thought it was 50 odd, so was nice to get it up to the till and realise it was reduced even from that price.
We had some drinks and soaked up the sun, and ended up back at that favourite bar of ours on the square, the one I was at with the girls in October. It was just as nice, and about the same temperature for the final glass of Prosecco.
Got back into Amsterdam around 10.30 and then hopped it over to Nicolas' for the dinner party, which was great - met some of his friends and some other peops who will be coming to the burning man trip. His place is amazing and huge, but I still prefer mine ;) Was chatting a lot to Nico, his friend Ethan who did the cooking and another english bloke called Frank who was a character (and a writer here too!! Cool!).
Got back to Harri's 3am ish, and slept like a log until about 10.30 this morning, when I got up hungry (didn't eat so much yesterday), and then dozed for another hour luxuriously in bed!! Fab.
Today, sunday I have pretty much lazed around the whole day because am totally whacked. It was a busy week and then a busy saturday, so it's been heavenly to just potter aroued. Went to see progress on the place (windows are going to be amazing, and the cupboard space looks pretty cool too), and then wandered back via the chocolate shop and the supermarket to buy some supplies for this evening - then just hung out reading on the roof terrace. First bikini on the terrace weather.
Great weekend, if a little short as ever.
