Today was not a good day.
it started off with me scattering my things to the wind on the way to work as everything fell in a long line out my bag.
It middled out with an email I didn't really want to see and then a call from my builder I didn't really want to have (they're not going to finish on time).
Then a chat with a colleague that made me feel very bad about my attitude to them.
It ended with a long day, too long, where I at least got some of my angst out with a friend and a couple of glasses of red wine, as I wondered once again.
Why it all bothers me so much.
