Have since realised that it's seriously never going to happen with the M guy, what was I thinking even thinking that it had any chance.
Woke up this morning with massive alarm bells ringing louder than my actual alarm. Now will have to call him and let him know score (or wait for him to call me, depending on how brave I am feeling...)
